If you are arranging a children’s party, getting married or just what some fun! We can help with most if not all of that. We get asked a lot of questions so to help keep our team free here are our most asked questions with answers that may help.

How do i book?

Just give us a call in the office on 07928 787 329 and one of the team can book you in. Please note all bookings need to be secured with a deposit which can be paid by card over the phone. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9-5pm.

How do I pay?

Once you have secured your booking with a deposit, the remaining balance can either be paid beforehand via card payment by calling the office on 07928 787 329 (week days only) or can be paid on the day in cash. 

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that circumstances change and there may be times that you wish to cancel your booking with us which we totally understand. If you do wish to cancel we will require three weeks notice if possible. If you cancel in less time than this, the following will apply: Within 2 weeks: We will require a 25% payment of the total booking price. Within 1 week: We will require a 50% payment of the total booking price. On the day or a couple of days before: We will require the full amount of your booking total. 

What time will the entertainers arrive?

Our entertainment teams will arrive approximately 20 minutes before a party is due to start to set up the equipment.

Do we need to provide anything

Our entertainment teams just need access to an electrical point for the DJ Equipment

Do you provide prizes?

We provide all prizes for party games which we play during your party time.

Do you hand out sweets?

Yes, we hand out sweets as smaller prizes for some games.

Is there a minimum/maximum number of children?

There is no Maximum number of children. Depending which package you are booking you would be best speaking to a member of our team about minimum numbers.

How is time for party food incorporated?

If booking a 2 hour party package we recommend doing your party food in the middle of the party as the mascot will go out for their break at this time so we find this works best.

What areas do you cover?

We cover all of the North West Area

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we have £5 Million Public Liability Insurance

Are you an officially registered company?

Yes, we are a fully registered Limited Company

Do you have staff on reserve to cover illness?

Yes, we have every aspect of this covered for your peace of mind

Are the staff DBS checked?

Yes, all staff are fully DBS Checked

Are your parties flexible or are they only the set packages

We always aim to make bespoke packages to suit all customer needs

Can I request songs to be played?

Yes, we play song requests during our bigger package

Do you provide party food or the Birthday cake?

No, we don’t supply any food or Birthday Cakes

Do you provide party décor?

We provide some décor, please speak to one of our team to see if we can help

What type of party games do you play?

We play a wide range of different party games. Including pass the parcel, musical bumps and statues, mummy game

When do you set up/collect a marquee for a weekend booking

Our Marquees are usually set up Thursday/ Friday and collection Monday/ Tuesday

Are your PA Systems Bluetooth enabled

We have different PA Systems, please speak to a member of our team if you require assistance
